Irada Organization denies any relation to the so-called “YNV Victims’ Links Network”.

Irada Organization refused to join it three years ago, because it is a network that has no administrative or financial structure, and upon which there are certain remarks, according to Erada Organization’s convictions.

Irada Organization against Torture and Enforced Disappearance categorically denies and rejects all reports issued by the network that include the name and logo of Erada Organization, whether these reports are periodic, semi-annual, UPR reports, any declared or undeclared reports, or reports submitted to international bodies.

Irada Organization categorically denies any connection to these reports, condemns and denounces the use of the organization’s name and logo without its knowledge, and warns that the continued use of Erada Organization’s name and logo is unacceptable.

Irada Organization reserves the right to prosecute whoever uses Erada Organization’s logo or name without coordination, knowledge, or official standing with the organization.

Irada Organization also affirms that it has not shared any report with this network throughout all these years.
