Al-Mamari added that the violations during the first half of 2023 were about 530 which have affected civilians of Taiz, 470 of them were committed by Houthis militia. In his speech, Al-Mamari also touched on the dire need of providing more support to civilians, in addition to support national services including the judiciary, police services & civil society organizations under scarce resources & lack of qualification & experience of documenting and monitoring, which currently are not commensurate with gravity of the crimes of killing, displacement, road block, sniping children and women, abduction and enforced disappearance committed all over Yemeni governorates.
